As we are a small business we can only accept returns if the product bought is faulty. If a fault is found please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days to begin the warranty process. The product has to be as new with all tags and packaging intact and still attached. Please supply photos where possible.
Upon agreement of product fault a replacement will be issued and where this is not possible we will give a refund at the purchase price. Any refunds and replacements will only be granted once we have recieved the faulty product at which point any appropriate action will be taken.
We cannot return any product that has been ordered incorrectly by the customer as such please check that the product is correct for your requirements, email email@example.com for any questions or queries.
